About Us:
Flawshawn investments trading as Sterling School of Hospitality (SSOH) is a Company that specializes in intensive and dynamic hospitality and tourism training for the SADC region and is based in Borrowdale Harare, Zimbabwe.
Extra-ordinary expansion in the hospitality and tourism industries has brought with it unprecedented demand for hoteliers who have undertaken industry-oriented professional training.
In hotels, locally as well as around the world, a vocational directed qualification provides the competitive advantage.
The Sterling School of Hospitality (SSOH) has set up a school of excellence geared to produce tourism and hospitality front liners, supervisors, managers and general managers with internationally accredited and recognized qualifications.
The vision of the College is to be regionally renowned producer of well rounded, focused and highly skilled graduates in the various fields of expertise namely culinary, bakery, food and beverage service, front office and accommodation and management. This will be complimented by well
orchestrated professional development programs for personnel already working in the industry.
The launch of Sterling School Of Hospitality will have a positive significant impact on the provision of operative and management skills necessary for the imminent turn around, growth and repositioning of the hospitality and tourism industry in Zimbabwe.
The Sterling School Of Hospitality will produce highly qualified cadres for employment in Zimbabwe, and beyond the borders of Southern Africa. Such an initiative will harness the inherent Zimbabwean appetite for learning and development and enhance the quality of many lives and will undoubtedly have a high propensity to elevate the quality of service provision within Zimbabwe.
Provision of quality service coupled with effective marketing strategies for Zimbabwe will accelerate tourism growth and create jobs for the hospitality market.
